RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your RE5D massage gun, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. 01Email support@re5d.com.au with your order number and reason for return
  2. 02We'll send you a return authorisation within 24 hours
  3. 03Pack the product securely in its original carrying case and box
  4. 04Ship to the return address provided in your return authorisation email
  5. 05Refund processed within 2 business days of receiving your return

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • ▸Defective or incorrect product: RE5D covers return shipping (prepaid label provided)
  • ▸Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping

Conditions

  • ▸Product must be in resalable condition with all accessories and packaging
  • ▸Normal wear and tear from use is acceptable
  • ▸Items damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for refund

Warranty Claims (1-Year Manufacturer Warranty)

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period:

  2. 02We'll assess and arrange a replacement or repair
