Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or pre-order with RE5D Recovery Systems ("RE5D", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Pre-Orders

• ▸Pre-orders are charged upfront at the time of checkout via Stripe.
• ▸Pre-ordered products ship from late October / early November 2026.
• ▸You will receive shipping confirmation with tracking once your order dispatches.
• ▸If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative product.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before charging an incorrect amount.

Shipping

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. International shipping will be available in 2027. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary with carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee and a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Product Use

RE5D recovery instruments are designed for personal recovery use. Follow all instructions and safety guidance included with your product. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse or use contrary to the provided instructions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the RE5D name, logo, designs and copy — is the property of RE5D Recovery Systems and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your order apply to that order.
